How much does catch-up bookkeeping cost?
Cleanup is $100 per historical month with a 3-month minimum for online purchase. One included historical month is free per business on projects covering 3 or more months. One- or two-month projects require a separate quote and do not include the free cleanup month. Three historical months cost $200, six cost $500, and twelve cost $1,100. After payment, we confirm the historical periods, accounts, transaction volume, records, and deliverables before work begins. Any additional services require a separate quote and your approval. Inventory reconstruction, tax corrections, or work outside the agreed cleanup scope is separately quoted before starting.
Can you help if my Shopify payouts do not match QuickBooks?
The review can include Shopify sales, fees, refunds, payout reports, bank deposits, and clearing accounts. We confirm which records are needed during your onboarding call.
How long will it take?
The timeline is part of your project scope and depends on record availability and complexity. We flag missing records before the work starts.
Do I need ongoing bookkeeping afterward?
Cleanup and monthly support are scoped separately. We can discuss keeping future months current once the historical work is understood.
